Each canopy features varying fascia heights designed specifically for the facility’s layout and operational needs. These customized heights weren’t arbitrary—they were meant to highlight different entrances at the facility. For example, the front entrance has canopies with fascias that are two feet tall! This dramatic height not only makes a bold architectural statement but also provides ample space for integrated signage and lighting systems. This integration is essential for both visibility and customer convenience, ensuring the facility remains welcoming and accessible during evening hours when many customers prefer to access their units.
Our system incorporates an integrated gutter system into each canopy structure, a critical feature that manages water runoff efficiently. This protects customers and their belongings during inclement weather, making the loading and unloading experience comfortable regardless of conditions. No one wants to juggle boxes while dodging rainwater, and our gutter system ensures they won’t have to.
