Innovative Hardware Design
The centerpiece of this project was our custom-designed tie rod system, a perfect marriage of form and function. We fabricated unique tie rods using marine-grade stainless steel boat hardware paired with aluminum tubes. This innovative combination provides exceptional durability while maintaining the sleek, modern aesthetic that matches the stadium’s upscale environment. The stainless steel components ensure corrosion resistance and longevity, while the aluminum tubes offer lightweight strength that won’t stress mounting points over time.
Premium Fabric Selection
To achieve the plush, upscale feel the venue demanded, we selected a specialty upholstery fabric which was double sided that delivers visual impact from every angle. This premium material choice ensures the curtains look sophisticated whether viewed from inside the suites or from the exterior. The double-sided construction eliminates any unsightly backing material, creating a polished appearance that maintains the venue’s high-end standards.
Safety and Compliance
Beyond aesthetics, safety remained paramount throughout the design process. All fabrics received flame-retardant (FR) treatment to meet strict local building codes and fire safety regulations. This treatment ensures the curtains not only look exceptional but also provide the peace of mind required for high-occupancy commercial spaces.
